Steve Morgan is our library assistant. He has been working at PPS for seven years. He became a librarian when he started working at the Garden Home Recreation Center before transitioning over to Robert Gray Middle School. Morgan's favorite part of his job is finding books that students will enjoy. “I love when a kid comes in and asks me if we have a book that they might enjoy. I'll recommend something and they come back saying something along the lines of 'I love this, do you have anything else like it?' It’s just exciting for me.” Morgan enjoys reading young adult, romance, and horror books. Some of his favorite authors are Clive Barker and Stephen King. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing the upright bass.
