Sylvia Scott is a health teacher at Ida B. Wells High School. She is from Yamhill, Oregon. When she is not teaching, she coaches the sprinters in track and field in addition to cheerleading. She's been coaching track and field for nine years, and cheerleading for four. Her favorite part of being a teacher is building relationships with the students and meeting them. Her least favorite part about being a teacher is waking up early every day for school. She is a social, outgoing, and bubbly person.
