Allyson Copacino is a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher at Ida B. Wells High School. Copacino attended University of Oregon and got her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Theatre Arts. She proceeded to go to Concordia University to get her teaching license in Elementary Education. After college, she was a substitute teacher and started an after-school program called MoveYoga that taught elementary and middle schoolers all around the 国产真实迷奸 area the fundamentals of yoga. In her free time, Copacino likes to ski, run, garden, and cook. This is her eighth year teaching at Ida B. Wells.
