Site Technology Liaisons

OTIS implemented the Site Technology Liaison (STL) program in our schools in Fall of 2021. STLs receive training from OTIS staff throughout the year to provide the skills necessary to support your staff and students. The STLs learn how to identify the different models of devices and the process for warranty support associated with them as well as general troubleshooting strategies.

Responsibilities for this extended responsibility (ER) are:

• TDT-Asset access to assign and track student devices

• Tier 1 support for teacher and student devices

• Basic Troubleshooting Skills

  • Chromebooks

  • Tech bundles

  • Software 

• Sharing new technologies with school staff

• Attend Monthly Virtual Meetings
