Office of School Modernization
The Office of School Modernization uses voter-approved General Obligation Bond funds for the important work of rebuilding our aging schools, making them all safer, more sustainable and better equipped for 21st century learning.
Maintenance Operations
Maintaining our facilities and infrastructure to ensure a warm, safe and dry learning environment for our students to thrive.
Security & Emergency Management
Support safe and secure learning environments through the following programs: Emergency Management, Physical Security, Campus Safety Associates, Fingerprinting, Background Checks, and Badging, Alarm Code Management and Security Consultation.
Planning & Real Estate
Handles all real estate contracts and capital planning. The Civic Use of Buildings department is also located in this area.
Project Management & Construction
Manages non-bond related facility modifications, upgrades and major maintenance projects.
Nutrition Services
Nutrition Services is committed to creating healthy school environments that support lifelong wellness for students by educating palates, inspiring culinary curiosity, and nourishing the health of the community through delicious, high-quality, nutrient-rich, school meals.
Transportation
Coordinating safe and timely transportation services for home to school, field trips, athletics and specialized services.
