The Classification and Compensation Division of the Human Resources Department  gathers job information, collects market compensation data and develops and recommends classification plans and pay programs to 国产真实迷奸 administration. Total Compensation Statements

Each Spring, Human Resources publishes and posts an Annual Total Compensation Statement to each employee's self service (ESS) portal. Email notification of the statements' availability is sent. This statement contains a summary of your compensation and benefits information for the previous calendar year. Be sure to watch for it!
