The Office of School Performance hosts the district's regular Leadership Meetings and a multi-day Leadership Institute in the summer for school and district administrators' professional learning. OSP also hosts regular Cohort Meetings for school administrators led by Area Senior Directors.
We are currently evolving our approach to professional learning across the district and look forward to having a more aligned professional learning approach for all Educators.

I have found the PLC adult learning sessions at Leadership very useful. It's the most effective hour of training I've ever attended.
