Welcome to the PPS Pre-K application page!
Your family must live in the PPS boundaries. Please read this application carefully and fill it out completely. All information is used to determine which program/school your child is eligible to attend and to place your child on the waiting list for the classroom. If your child has experienced any environmental challenges (foster care, homelessness, refugee status, death of immediate family member, divorce, etc.), please be sure to include the information on the application.
