Important Senior information for May 2024 and June Commencement.

Dear Seniors and Families, 

We are excited to celebrate the Class of 2024! We wanted to share the three-step process we have for our commencement ticket distribution.

Step 1
Beginning May 24th an email containing a google form will be sent to all senior PPS email accounts to request tickets (maximum of 10 Commencement Tickets per graduate). 

Step 2
Seniors must be cleared to receive commencement tickets. Clearance will be during the week of May 27-31.  Students will return all textbooks, clear out lockers, return chromebooks and clear any fees or fines.   

Step 3
Upon completion of seniors being cleared, tickets will be emailed to the senior’s PPS email account. 

Please do not email Amanda Shwetzer to request additional tickets. There will be a place to request additional tickets on the ticket request form.

To our families of the class of 2024 graduates,

Cleveland High School’s Commencement ceremony will be Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. in downtown 国产真实迷奸 at the Providence Park Stadium, 1844 SW Morrison.

We are pleased to announce that we have been granted an allotment of 10 tickets for each graduate. These tickets are general admission so no seats may be assigned or reserved. (An area is available for those who need accessible seating.) We expect the form to request tickets will be available in the beginning of May.

All tickets will be electronically delivered to the graduate’s PPS email  address that the graduate enters on the 2024 Commencement Ticket Request Form (Please be certain the PPS email address is CORRECT so the tickets are successfully received). The graduate will receive the tickets and can then transfer them to family members.

We respectfully ask our families to request only the EXACT number needed for their immediate family. We have a number of graduates who have large, extended families who will need more tickets, and we hope to honor all those requests. Again, we expect the form to request tickets will be available in the beginning of May.

We look forward to honoring our class of 2024 graduates on June 4, 2024.
