Erica Spencer

Erica Spencer is the Career Coordinator at McDaniel. Erica supports all of the McDaniel students in completing their Personalized Learning diploma requirements. Those requirements include CRLEs (Career Related Learning Experiences), a resume, and the My Plan Essay. Erica also provides career exposure opportunities, career planning, and Naviance assistance. Erica has been at McDaniel for 7 years in this position and has previously worked in the non-profit sector providing college and career guidance to high school and college students.
