Hello Everyone!

My name is Charlie Smith, and this is my first year with the Evening & Summer Scholars Program as the School Site Technology Specialist. My previous position was with the PPS IT department where I gained valuable knowledge that lead me to this new adventure with PESS! I am very excited to get to work with all our PESS Staff and students!

I was born and raised in 国产真实迷奸 and have lived in the State of Oregon my entire life. I started my college career at 国产真实迷奸 Community College, and then transferred to the University of Oregon where I got my Bachelor of Science in Geography and GIS. In college is where I gained valuable computer skills that eventually lead to my career with PPS. 

In my free time, I enjoy going on various hikes around the Pacific Northwest and exploring new areas that I have never been to. I also enjoy nature and wildlife photography and traveling to get the next best wildlife picture. I am also a huge Trail Blazers fan and Oregon Ducks Football! 

I am looking forward to meeting and working with all our wonderful staff and students over the coming years!
